Renegade Bodybuilder Secrets from
The Golden Era, Part II

By Zach Even – Esh

If you’ve been reading ALL these articles, you have heard me speaking of Arnold spending a day in the woods of Austria with a training partner.

Arnold didn’t mess around and neither should you!

Arnold

Arnold breaks “the rules” with HEAVY cheat curls!

Are you still pussy footin’ around your gym, or have you gotten busy ripping into heavy barbells, stones, sandbags and dumbbells?

It’s time to become a Renegade, my friend.

Time to travel to the world of The Underground, where training holds no rules and cry babies, wimps and whiners are smashed and beaten.

This is not just about your physical training, it’s mental as well.

Time to learn some lessons from a Renegade Bodybuilder of The Golden Era, the Greatest bodybuilder of all time, Arnold.

Time to Break the rules…

Arnold Squats

Above, Arnold busts through a grueling set of 405 lb squats as fellow renegade bodybuilders Ken Waller & Franco Culumbo watch!

As a youngster in Austria, Arnold would load up his car with a barbell, 250 lbs of weights, and then he and his partner would squat endless sets, as often as 50 sets in a day, until they could no longer squat, let alone stand up!

After their workouts they would live like Gladiators, grilling chicken under a fire, drinking wine and having good times with some lady friends.

Arnold broke the rules and was a Renegade Bodybuilder.

He didn’t follow the perfectly prescribed Weider Principles, he made his own methods and became the best bodybuilder who ever lived.

He was EXTREMELY strong due to his reliance on heavy lifts such as squats, deadlifts, bench press, clean and press and heavy cheat curls.

Arnold regularly deadlifted 500 lbs to build his thick, rugged physique

You can learn a lot from Arnold and his renegade bodybuilding methods from The Golden Era.

Now, maybe you won’t be traveling to the forest with a 250 lb barbell, nowadays you can get arrested for training hard!!! Sheesh!

I suggest taking a sandbag, 100 lbs worth if you can handle it, then grab a gutsy friend or two and see how crazy everyone is willing to get that day.

Make sure you are away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the city.

50 sets of back squats with a 100 lb Sandbag?
Are you up for the Arnold Squat Challenge?

You don’t need anyone to steal your thunder.

Will it be 50 sets of
sandbag squats for you?

Or maybe ten sets of the following exercises:

clean and press

squats

shouldering

carries for distance

throws

If you’re looking around Here and waiting for some pseudo-scientific strength and muscle building program, you have come to the wrong place.

It’s time for you to get under some weight, regardless of what that weight is, and get liftin’!

See you on the other side…..

We’ll be waiting for you…..Arnold and Me
